Make Love Not War (Part I)

Bombs fell down from the bombers overflying the area and went off as they crashed into the ground creating shock waves and huge explosions in the warzone. Grapeshot and blood were everywhere and anybody could stand of move without being shot. As soon as the first bomb went off he ran toward the large trenches dug in the ground of that wasteland he had been destined to.

There were barely a couple of fellow soldiers breathing. Many of them had fallen when the bombing started although he was still standing. Their eyes met each other while bullets were being shot and explosions could be heard everywhere. Those dark eyes calmed him down a little, not to the point of not worrying about his life though. He curled up in the trench with his rifle held in his hands waiting for new orders and closed his eyes hoping everything would vanish like a nightmare vanishes when you wake up.

He remembered how everything started. He enlisted way before that senseless war began, when everything was at peace and he could commit to what he could do best: train, heal the wounded and save lives. In a rash moment he made the choice of enlisting after graduating from Med School. He remembered the moment of arriving at the base he was destined to, all those eyes that were on him when he entered the quarters holding his kitbag. It was unusual that young doctors enlisted in the army.

It was hard to be around with all those soldiers: well-built and sweaty men, working out day after day to serve their country. He still remembered those times he took a shower late at night to avoid any confrontation with his mates in the shared showers, the many times he had to look away when he saw a fellow soldier he fancied or he was forced to talk about stunning women that would wait for him at the end of his shift. All that didn’t matter anymore as weeks passed by.

He always had lunch alone due to the rest of the doctors being away on a mission or didn’t feel confident enough to be with the soldiers. One random day one of the soldiers asked for permission to sit next to him to have lunch. He looked up to take a look who asked him that question. He was one of the handsomest soldiers he had ever seen. He was wearing a green uniform and the shirt was tight enough to show the shape of his brawny chest and his big arms. His dark eyes almost made him drop the spoon he had in his hand. He didn’t have any objection to let him sit there so the soldier placed his tray on the table.

They talked about banal things while having lunch: why he was in the quarter, what did he do for a living, what they had in mind after finishing the service, etc. He answered all the questions trying not to show nervousness. After lunch they shared goodbyes with a big smile. He couldn’t stop staring at his eyes.

He went out of the canteen and he headed for the loo. He closed the door after him and he touched his forehead. He was feeling an unusual heat, he was blushing and he felt his dick was rock hard. He cooled off and tried to calm down. He didn’t have any contact with anybody since he enlisted. He felt the urge of having that kind of human contact although it wasn’t common in him such excitement. That night he couldn’t help masturbating in the shower thinking of the handsomest soldier ever.
